Mini Banana Muffins (a 5 steps or less recipe)

A child friendly recipe that uses no sugar or sweetecner (unless you want to)!

Makes 16-18 mini muffins

Ingredients:

4 small ripe bananas

4 large eggs

150g self raising flour

  1. Mash your bananas in a mixing bowl
  2. Add eggs and whisk together until frothy
  3. Sift flour into your mixture and whisk again
  4. Spoon mixture into a small muffin or cupcake tray
  5. Put in a preheated oven at 180 for a fan oven for 40-45 minutes and let cool before munching!
